This is a small apartment house on three levels, basement and enormous roof terrace, which compensates the lack of balconies in the apartments. Simple, laconic – the form reminds a shell with tangible opening towards the south. The approach road from north is plastic and logical, discreet and geometrically modest. By 2012 the project is in process of realization. |
