When the investors addressed 11AM, they came with the idea that semi-detached houses were the only right choice for both houses they wanted – one house for each of the two grown up children. Despite their deep respect for clients, 11AM truly believe that they must question every coming from the outside architectural formula in order to convince themselves firstly in its suitability. It often turns out, that there might be a better solution. And so it happened. Instead of mechanically detaching both houses and thus depriving one of the warm South, 11AM separated them and exposed the internal facades to a specific reciprocal segmenting. Thus, the resulting geometrical configuration provokes not only with architectural details but also with its capacity of constructional formulas with uncommon console hanging. Still, the real challenge is forthcoming as the project is waiting to be implemented. |
