The apartment is situated at the border between resident areas of Borovo and Pavlovo, Sofia. Here 11AM interfered only in two of all premises — the living-room and a small bedroom attached to it. During the years several repairs have been made in all the rooms except these two. The living-room lies not only on the geometrical intersection between all rooms, but it is a cross point of special moods and tendencies during the years of minor surrounding repairs. 11AM considered this passing zone should not be imposing, but instead staying relaxed. They decided to straighten all the existing forms and to subordinate them fully to the orthogonal wall system. They brought to front a vertical white spine of existing constructional columns and chimney bodies, exaggerated their axes by creating the proper furniture forms and Japanese blinds. |
