Investment climate in Bulgaria in 2013 still brings bad spirit of the 90s and hostility towards conceptual architectural behavior. No name co-op is the result of 11AM collision with blurred law system, despotic municipalities and clients craving after guaranteed profit at any price only through low investments. The project is now in process of construction.
